Together, we provide a warm, neuro-affirmative environment where children and families are supported through collaborative expertise, ensuring every child’s individual path is understood and truly seen.

Dr. Noeline Morgan

Senior Educational Psychologyst and Director

Doctorate in Educational Psychology, H.Dip in Primary Education, BA in Psychology

Dr. Noeline Morgan is a Senior Educational Psychologist and Director of Child-First Psychology Ltd. She obtained her Doctorate in Educational Psychology (DEdPsych) from University College Dublin and is a Chartered Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).

Noeline brings extensive experience from her work within Children’s Disability Services and residential services, and has developed particular expertise in conducting comprehensive HSE Multidisciplinary Assessments of Need. Prior to her career in educational psychology, Noeline worked for 13 years as a primary school teacher in an Educate Together National School.

She is highly experienced in completing a wide range of psychological assessments and in providing therapeutic support to children, young people, and their families. Her approach is neuro-affirmative and solution-focused. She is deeply committed to working collaboratively with families, schools and community. Of importance to Noeline is adhering to evidence-based best practice guidelines and gold-standard assessment approaches.

Isobel O’Flanagan

Senior Clinical Psychologist

Isobel O’Flanagan is a Chartered Psychologist (PsSI) and HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working with children, adolescents and families. She is currently working as a Senior Psychologist in disability services and has been conducting Assessment of Need (AON) assessments on a full-time basis since September 2024.

 

Isobel specialises in comprehensive autism assessments using gold-standard tools such as ADOS-2 and ADI-R, alongside cognitive and adaptive evaluations. She has extensive experience in multidisciplinary assessment and complex case formulation, and has lectured on child and adolescent psychology at Trinity College Dublin. Isobel offers thorough, evidence-based assessments delivered with professionalism, clarity and care.

Deirdre O’Broin

Senior Occupational Therapist

Deirdre is a highly experienced occupational therapist  with over 16 years’ experience  supporting  children and young people.  Since graduating with an honours degree from Trinity College Dublin in 2008, Deirdre has worked supporting neurodivergent children, in public sector autism, special schools and Children’s Disability services. Deirdre has extensive experience in the assessment and support of children with Autism, Developmental Coordination Disorder, syndromes and sensory processing differences. She has completed a broad range of specialist post-qualification training in neurodiversity-affirming practice, with particular expertise in sensory integration.

Her practice is child-centred and strengths-based, focusing on supporting children to develop independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life. Deirdre takes a warm, practical, and family-centred approach, tailoring her interventions to each child’s unique sensory profiles, strengths, and challenges. With extensive experience collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. She is committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Deirdre is a member of Association of Occupational Therapists in Ireland (AOTI) including the subgroup Paediatric Advisory Group;  and is registered with CORU.

Emer Noble

Senior Speech and Language Therapist

Emer is an experienced CORU registered Speech and Language Therapist with a strong background in paediatric care, having worked across a range of clinical and community settings in Ireland and abroad. She has supported children and young people with diverse needs, including autism spectrum disorder, intellectual and physical disabilities, sensory needs, and complex communication profiles. Her work is rooted in a family-centred approach, collaborating closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team. Emer has extensive experience in assessment and intervention, using both formal diagnostic tools and functional outcome measures to guide evidence-based practice, and has contributed to multidisciplinary diagnostic assessments as part of her work for a number of years.

Throughout her career, Emer has developed her abilities through service development, supervision, and specialist clinical areas such as feeding, eating, drinking and swallowing (FEDS). She has coordinated and delivered clinics, training programmes, and parent-focused interventions. Her work includes developing best practice initiatives, managing service delivery, and contributing to research and professional publications. Emer is committed to ongoing professional development, with advanced training in areas such as autism assessment (ADOS, ADI-R), Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), and parent-mediated interventions, ensuring her practice remains current, responsive, and impactful.
